Who this policy covers
This policy covers boothmill.com ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Boothmill, based in Atlanta, GA. It does not cover any other PrototyperLab-affiliated site, or any third-party site linked from here.
Information we collect
We collect two kinds of information: what you submit directly, and what your browser sends automatically.

We do not run a checkout or payment page on this site, so we don't collect or store payment card information here. Any deposit or payment for an order is arranged directly with you after an inquiry, not through this website.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site automatically logs standard technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page) through the services below:

We don't run any advertising pixels or retargeting scripts on this site, and we don't sell or share visitor data with data brokers.
How we use what you submit
Information from an inquiry form is relayed by email to our team (via Cloudflare's Email Service) so we can respond to your request — a quote, a booking, a wholesale inquiry, or a venue placement conversation. We don't add you to a marketing list from a form submission; we only use it to reply to what you actually asked about.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails are kept in our business inbox for as long as needed to handle the order or conversation, and for our own recordkeeping afterward. Analytics data is retained on Google's standard GA4 retention schedule, which we have not customized.
Your choices
- You can decline cookies in your browser at any time; the site's core content and product pages work without them (only analytics is affected).
- You can ask us what information we have tied to your email address, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@boothmill.com.
Children's privacy
This site is a B2B and consumer product/service site for adults (event planners, business owners, and couples planning weddings). It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
