Terms of Service
Last updated October 2026.
Using this site
By using boothmill.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or submit an inquiry through it.
Products and pricing
Prices listed on our product pages are in US dollars and don't include shipping, which is quoted separately (typically $300-500 per unit depending on destination, as noted on each product page). We build to order in small batches; we'll flag it clearly if a specific unit, finish, or lead time isn't available when you inquire, rather than confirm an order we can't fulfill as described.
Orders, quotes, and deposits
Submitting an inquiry form is a request for a quote or a reservation, not a binding purchase. An order is confirmed only once we've responded with final pricing, lead time, and payment terms and you've accepted them. Where a deposit is required to reserve a stock unit or start a custom build, that amount and its terms will be given to you directly, in writing, before you pay it.
Custom builds and design files
For custom and OEM builds, any design file, reference photo, or specification you send us is handled under our standard workflow: an NDA where appropriate, work-for-hire terms for the specific build, and the design stays yours. We don't reuse a customer's custom design, logo, or branding on another customer's order.
Shipping and lead time
Standard lead times and shipping methods are listed on each product page and vary by model and by sea vs. air freight. Lead times are our best current estimate at time of order, not a guaranteed delivery date; we'll tell you as soon as we know if a specific order is running behind that estimate.
Warranty
Every booth ships with a 1-year warranty on the camera, printer, touchscreen, and control PC, as stated on its product page. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failure under normal use; it doesn't cover damage from shipping mishandling by a third-party carrier (we photograph units before they ship for exactly this reason), misuse, or unauthorized modification.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel before we begin production on your unit. Once production has started, you can still cancel, but a fee applies based on how much of the build has already been completed at that point — the further along the build, the higher the fee. We'll give you the exact amount at the time you cancel, based on real production status, not a fixed schedule set in advance. This applies to both stock and custom orders. For anything not covered here, talk to us directly and we'll work it out.
Site content and intellectual property
The text, photos, and video on boothmill.com belong to Boothmill (or are used with permission) and are here to help you evaluate our products. Please don't republish our product photos or copy our page text for a competing listing.
Limitation of liability
We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from a product beyond the remedies described in the warranty above, to the extent allowed by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute arising from these terms, or from your use of this site or our products, will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business changes; the "last updated" date above will reflect the latest version. Terms already agreed to for a confirmed order aren't changed retroactively by a later update to this page.
